How do I open a Bacera trading account?

The quickest and easiest way to open a Real Bacera Trading account to is to complete our Online Application. Clients will need to provide a copy of their unexpired Government Issued Photo ID. Clients also have option of opening a Demo account if they are not ready to trade live.

How do I reset my Bacera trading account password?

Clients can reset their password using our online Password Reset function. Please be prepared to provide relevant trading account information so that we may verify your identity before the account password is reset.

How do I complete a Deposit or Withdrawal?

Clients who wish to initiate a Deposit or Withdrawal should visit the MyBacera client system and use the proper form.

What is the processing time for a Deposit or Withdrawal?

Deposits are typically credited the next day but may take up to 3-5 business days to process in some instances. Withdrawals are initiated the day the request is received and may take up to 3-5 business to be credited to the client’s bank account. Please note that requests to transfer funds to third parties will not be processed.
